Terms of renting a car with a driver

- "The Tenant" bears the liability for the broken, chopped, drabble salon items. In such situations "customer" pays monetary compensation to the driver.

- Drinking  alcohol and smoking in a car is prohibited  without a driver's consent - it could lead to an emergency or damage clothing and car.

- Orders are accepted no later than 3 hours prior to the time required.

- Minimum order 3 hours = 1 hour auto supply  + 2 hours order. 

- Auto supply is paid as 1 hour

-Time-order is rounded to the bigger part with an interval - 1 hour.

- The price of services includes: car rent , car wash, filling fuel.

- Price does not include: food and accommodation for drivers, parking, overnight parking outside Kiev.

- The possibility of extending the time for the car rent determines the order  manager, depending on the availability of the next order.

- In the case when the order can not be fulfilled by the fault of the Executor, the customer is  returned  price of the order and is given a discount for the next order in amout of 10%.

- In the case of a failure of the ordered the car the Executor reserves the right to replace such a  car by the car of an equivalent rate.

- In the case of a car failure during  carrying out orders for the "Tenant" another car of a similar class or above may be granted  or "Tenant" has the right to refuse from further service and in this case, "Tenant" will be returned the value of time fare,which  is flawed. By the eliminating of the failure by  the driver himself in the period of 30 minutes, or replacing any broken car during the  order, the order is extended for the time being fault or replacing defective vehicle.

- If necessary, the "Executor" can replace the driver or the car with a driver without changing the value in the same class or above.

- "Customer" is not entitled to claim exceeded the established speed and violation of traffic rules.
